Forecasts are calling a partly cloudy day with highs in the upper 40's to around 50-degrees, southwest winds increasing 10-20mph during the afternoon. The next in our series of storms will approach the area tonight. This storm will arrive with rain and snow showers developing during the morning and continuing throughout the day with a gradual changeover to snow. The snow level is forecast to kick off above 7,000ft., but should lower to 5,500ft. by afternoon as the cold front ...swings through the area. Scattered snow showers will persist into tonight coming to an end by tomorrow morning as the storm exits the region. Temperatures will plummet behind the front as lows drop into the teens with highs only in the 30's Friday. Fair and slightly warmer over the weekend ahead of our next storm set to arrive early next week. Next week's storm should be the strongest in this series with significant rain and snow looking increasingly likely.
