Dear Friends! I know it's been a while since our last post, but I've been working on something very special. Please check it out! Think of all the great self-care practices you've tried and experienced in your life...... Odds are, a lot of these practices came into your life because someone else shared their experience with you and influenced you to give it a whirl too. OUR NEW PROJECT: SELF-CARE WEEKEND I want to share the wisdom of self-care with the world! I am collaborating with the amazing Winnie Chan of Mochi Massage to create a virtual resource for all things self-care and we need your assistance! Oh, by the way ... MassageLogic is still in action. We just want to continue to do our part and contribute to the health and wellness of our clients. This project is a direct response to the clients who have asked for specific self-care information during this Covid-19 quarantine. Self-care is everywhere and it can be overwhelming when there's so much to choose from and everything that you know about your life is upside down. We want to help! If you have a moment please check out our new project, Self-Care Weekend (https://scwknd.com), and fill out our survey. We would love to get a better picture of what your self-care practices are and how they support you so we can build a platform filled with sources that are relevant to you and then share that wisdom with our beloved communities.
