Have you ever wondered what your massage therapist is thinking during your massage? Well, here's my answer... not you During the massage I am not thinking about the massage or you at all. I'm more likely thinking about errands I've gotta do, what I'm gonna cook later, heck, I may even go completely blank if I'm really "in" it. The intellect only gets in the way and I have to ground myself and tune into your body. Essentially, your body is telling me everything I need to kno...w about you. Your body tells my body what to do. What you've told me verbally comes second to what your body language is telling me. During a massage, if a client asks what I'm doing or why, or what muscle I'm working on, what is that, etc, it actually is taking me out of my body as I have to reengage my mind.
