From bad bath to nice bath. Swapped the sink & toilet positions for better "open door" look. Was able to add 10 inches to the back wall and 8 inches to the right.wall. With solar tube, feels much bigger. Clean contemporary look.

Small porch repair, Half Moon Bay

A little siding repair

No visible water stains on inside of home. Just a rippled seam. But because of other clues and issues, I opened up the ceiling and found this . Black mold (not toxic kink) and ants nest burrowed into the sheetrock. You can make out the joist imprint.
