Scottish Rite temporarily suspending activities Brethren, I hope this email finds all of you well and are coping with our National Emergency and the Corona-9 Virus. Because of this and the protocols laid out by our federal, state and local governments, our Santa Barbara Scottish Rite will comply with these protocols. I have ordered that all Scottish Rite activities be temporarily suspended until further notice.... For stated meetings, I will have a conference call with the four heads of bodies, the secretary, treasurer, my 2 assistant personal representatives and myself. This is to pay any bills, voting on possible new candidates etc. The office will remain open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. I of course will be available anytime. Both Floyd and I will be in the office on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s . The Remembrance and Renewal ceremony will be postponed at this time. The clinic will not have children come in for face to face lessons but will do the lessons by phone and give the lessons by remotely , they will also do this with Brain Lab with the FastForward programs. The clinicians will also be working on Camp Chit Chat and other necessary things they generally do at a later time. We all feel that the clinic should still provide whatever they can so the students will continue progressing. We are in pretty new territory and we will adept as time goes on. Reminder! Hesperian Lodge #262 Annual Installation of Officers will take place this Saturday March 14th at 2:00 pm. Friends and Brethren come on out and share this experience with your friends and Brothers!!

Calendar for March 2020

Just a reminder that March 3rd is the California Primary day this election cycle. We are playing our part by providing a polling place for the local area. Of more importance, is that each of us exercise our right to vote in the upcoming primary. I have voted have you or will you!!

The Hesperian Masonic Family Center would like to thank Kimberly Grant for assisting not only in the past but currently with the management of this page. As you know, the Grants are doing well in Florida and we send them the best of wishes and future endeavors.
