Well, it's that time of year - final projects and grading for my students. Unfortunately a few are going to get some bad holiday news. I guess when I say that this is a Social Events Course and that corporate events may not be submitted as their final projects - that they see that as more of a random thought of mine or a suggestion as opposed to a requirement. Sucks to challenge the Professor!

My wonderful husband is in the kitchen cooking and just handed me a Mimosa! Love it!

I have 34 students this semester! They are in the midst of sharing their introductions to the class. A few said they are taking my class because it looks like alot of fun. Oh dear, I hate to break it to them, that event planning is HARD WORK! Fasten your seat belts, it is going to be a bumpy ride for some of you!

Just got back from the gym, getting ready for a bath and a glass of wine, then maybe a Lean Cuisine. Life is about balance!
