I'm so proud to have represented the owners of this beautiful property at 5250 Horizon Dr. in Malibu over the past 18 years, but selling it this week was bittersweet. My clients, who have become close friends, lost this home in the 2018 Woolsey fire and have since relocated out of state. Their plans to rebuild were further scuttled by Covid-19, but in spite of these challenges they remain resilient, positive, and are enjoying this new chapter of their lives. And this is what I truly love about being a real estate agent...helping people find the right property at pivotal points in their lives so they can feel "at home." And when it is time to move on, my role is to provide a smooth and successful transition so both buyers and sellers have an exciting fresh start.
