Marvin Collins Construction completed this design-build interior project earlier this year to house the relocated Millwrights Local Union 102. This facility will handle all administrative, meeting and dispatch operations for Union Millwrights in all of Northern and Central California. In order to meet a critical move-in date, MCC suggested a design-build delivery method including all FF&E and knocked it out of the park with the help of our design-team friends at Interactive Resources and Be. Workplace Design. MCC's self-perform crews made quick work of metal framing, drywall, doors, concrete and div. 10 installation, allowing us to drive the schedule home.
