Tuesday Tip: (Plumbing) Water leaks happen from time to time in every house. It all starts when you notice a brown stain on your wall or ceiling. Then maybe you see water starting to pool around a certain area. Then you realize YIKES, you have a water leak! What do you do? ... First and most important - turn off your water! How?!! The shut off valve (which looks like the photo above) will be near the perimeter of the house. The valve is typically next to or attached to the hose bib located either just on the exterior of the home, in the garage, or in some cases in the street-side utility box.
