Well this was a FIRST for me after 20 years of selling real estate! Just sold this gorgeous ranch property which was a model home originally sold in 2001. It was originally sold with all the model/builder staged furniture. It's practically in its original condition and never lived in since 2001! The style is now outdated, dusty and discolored. It was the strangest thing to walk into a 20 year old model home that has been sitting there waiting for my clients! Welcome HOME! This home will finally be loved and lived in!
