Updating our lighting for our after hours drop offs

So it has come to my attention that we have a couple of unsatisfied customers. It is never what we would like to hear. We are a small family owed business that relies on word of mouth to help future customers. So that deeply saddens me to hear this. With any business you will face this because simply things happen. Sometimes they are out of our control and sometimes we mess up. We have been dedicated to helping customers for 36 years and that is simply not possible if we lie ...cheat or steal from our customers. As with anything in life we try to correct any wrongs and do our very best to resolve all issues in a fair manner, and just like anything else sometimes people only want to hear what they want and not the truth. We have a tremendous responsibility to gain and keep the trust of our customers and that is done with safety and fairness. Keeping our customers and their precious cargo (family, friends etc.) safe and not price gouging people. We know how hard it is financially to maintain family life and we give our customers that same respect and courtesy just as we expect that of our customers as well. We would like to thank all of our customers who continue to keep their faith and trust in our abilities and we thank you for your loyalty. See more
