We are attaching our last email flyer for the school year for Florence Markofer students. We are launching our summer camps and are running both Live Online and In-Person classes so that we can make our art classes accessible to as many of your students as possible. Florence Markofer's partnership with Young Rembrandts provides the students with the ability to take our art classes at a very discounted rate. We continue to ensure our classes are affordable for EGUSD families ...and also provide scholarships. As we shared in our last email, we have partnered with Elk Grove Color Me Mine for our in-person classes this summer. We also continue to be in regular contact with the County Health Department to ensure all protocols and guidance will be followed. We would really appreciate if you could help the students register by emailing the families our attached flyer or sending it through ParentVUE. Our drawing classes will be a great creative outlet, a confidence booster, and a way for the students to socialize in a nurturing environment this summer. Congratulations on doing the Remix event! I hope it was fun for you all. Some quick reminders for the remainder of our Apex program: - Principal Challenge! Mr. Blackwood will eat bugs if we reach our goal. We still have one more night to get pledges in for this. -Families: We will be inputting 36 moves for all students unless I hear otherwise after school is out tomorrow. Afternoon Mustangs! Our fundraiser is rocking and rolling. We already have 3 students that have reached the $10/fitness move level, which means our company gives back to Feeding America and we donate 20 meals to people in need Tonight's challenge is all about using the share wizard! Hello Mustangs! It's Friday We are one week out from the start of our program. I wanted to send out our calendar events your way and remind you that our 'Pick Up' car loop is one week from today. We're going to try to make this as fun as possible to get some hype started for the kids. We'll have our tunnel, flags, cones, signs and music set up, (treat for teachers!). I encourage you to come by and also to please remind your students families to come out and get their free ...character bracelets and back pack. And if you want to be a part of any fun activities during our program, let me know. The kids love seeing you all have fun too :) I'll still send daily emails to keep everybody in the loop, but if you could mostly try to remind the students to tune in and visit MightyMarkofer.com for our daily live videos, that would be so helpful.
