Add the chili flake if you like a little heat. Add clams first and cook for 1 min. Add mussels and white wine and cooked for 1 minute together with the clams. Next add the cioppino base with a cup of water (you may need more water or less depending on your taste). Next add the cod and the shrimp. Cook everything on medium high heat for about 5 minutes and the fish and the mussels are almost cooked. Lastly add the calamari and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with good olive oil and serve with toasted bread. Buon appetito
