Rob Balucas is a fellow Pepperdine graduate, an entrepreneur, and a paratriathlete. In 2015 Rob broke his back in a cycling accident while he was training for the triathlon. Since then, he competed in many para-triathlons. Rob is also an inspirational speaker with a central theme of You create your life. He’s the founder and chief creative catalyst of babalucas Creative that focuses on website design and online marketing. Rob lives a very active lifestyle as a triathlete, black belt martial artist, cook, and cigar aficionado.

When noone gets left behind everybody moves forward. Zach Herbert is a lawyer and former marine officer. He is a Partner at the Dallas Personal Injury law firm of Herbert & Eberstein, LLP. Zach's practice entails helping injured victims navigate the complicated legal process of insurance compensation. Zach is a great example of being more accessible and inclusive in his practive. Over the years, Zach has helped countless people with injuries ranging from smaller aches and pains all the way up to catastrophic, life-changing injuries. Zach uses technology to help communicate to a wide range of clientele, including the deaf.

Ashlee is a social worker by education. She graduated with her Bachelor of Social work in 2018. It took her 8 years to earn her secondary degree as she greatly struggled with her health in the last decade. Ashlee is a person with a disability: She has Cerebral Palsy as well as Hydrocephalus. Most importantly Ashlee Brady-Kelly is a writer of poems and short stories. She started her own blog in 2017 which addresses stigma, inequalities, and to dismantle bias, unfairness, and a...bleism.
