Agencies and individuals met recently to discuss solutions to the myriad problems that surfaced last summer at Bass Lake, including issues with parking and other results of extreme congestion. The Rotary Club of Mariposa Yosemite will host its annual high school speech contest through an online Zoom call on Thursday, Jan. 28.
