This morning, Marine Band San Diego participated in a squad competition that helped strengthen unit cohesion, as well as physical fitness. The events included ammo can sprints, squad squats, ammo can lifts, pullups, and a one mile run with a water jug. These events are all in preparation for this year’s annual Combat Fitness Test.
