To our valued patients, Our entire staff would like to sincerely thank our patients, friends, and families for the unwavering support and understanding over the past few weeks. We have never been prouder to be a part of the community we serve. We are excited to be reopening our doors on May 15th, 2020 and will be personally reaching out to each and every patient who had previously scheduled an appointment but who was unable to come to see us due to the recent COVID-19 closure.... If you have a date in mind that would work best for your next appointment, please give us a call! With our May 15th grand reopening, our practice will be taking additional measures to make sure all of our patients are happy and healthy. The day before your appointment, we will be calling to complete a quick checklist and ensure you are not experiencing any potential symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness. For the time being, our waiting room will remain closed, and patients will be asked to wait in their cars instead. Therefore we ask that all patients arrive as close to their appointment time as possible. Once you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you call our office and let us know--one of our front desk staff will be out to do a quick temperature screening before you are allowed inside. For the forseeable future, our staff will also be wearing enhanced personal protective equipment, including disposable robes and face shields. We have also lengthened our appointment times to ensure that all rooms have a chance to be properly disinfected and aired out between patients. All of these measures are in addition to enhanced sanitation and disinfecting of all common surfaces in our office. We will also be extending our hours, working some Fridays and Saturdays as needed in order to provide safe, effective care. To my valued patients: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office will be closed until further notice. I want everyone to be safe and healthy and comply with the mandatory regulations imposed by Governor Newsom. It is the only way to help this situation get better, sooner. We will contact patients whose appointments have been cancelled due to this closure once our office reopens.
