Latest on my nothing but a SLUMLORD Status.No violence on my end. The only violence is coming from union de vecinos including burning down my building and there... followers spreading lies. Please do your research. My family and I have been supportive of the community since 1971. However now I am a landlord trying to eliminate Mariachi in my building. Unbelievable. Apparently the Union of the Nieghborhood of LA and Boyle Hieghts agrees that We are non supportive of local artists, and dont support this venue. If this Covid crap was bad enough keeping my doors closed, for a year. And bands asking when they can play again with no dates booked until who knows when, How do I keep my head above water. I know but talk about throwing some more gas on my fire.

Surfing, swimming, paddle boarding, kayak, or running or walking on the beach. Not OK to..... 1. NOT Surf, NOT swim, NOT to paddle board, NOT to kayak, or NOT to walk or run. If you cant figure out the rest you should never leave you home.
