Want to celebrate Juneteenth with us virtually today? Not too late...we’ll maybe for the brisket, but there are other meats....here is our menu. Go out and get some and celebrate with us too. Let’s make this a yearly National remembrance and celebration. We are making: brisket, collard greens, corn bread, sweet potatoes, salad, red beans and rice, sausage, watermelon, tea cakes, and strawberry pie. ... Happy to share any good recipes other menu items could include...fried meats, anything red- red velvet cupcakes , red soda...notice the theme of Red.
