To our patients, We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot these past few months and we are all looking forward to resuming our way of life. Now, while our way of life may change one thing has remained the same and that is our commitment to providing you with the highest quality dental care. Our office infection control procedures follow the recommendations set forth by American Dental Association (ADA), U.S. Centers fo...r Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This is how we stay current and committed to your safety. Some new protocols have been established for the safety of our patients and staff. For example: The office may call you before your appointment with screening questions and/or ask you screening questions when your arrive to the office. We ask that you use the hand sanitizer upon entering the office. Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the office to be used as needed. Your temperature will be taken and recorded with a scanner. You will be asked to rinse with an antibacterial rinse prior to receiving treatment. Our reception area will no longer offer books or magazines as those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. Appointments will be managed as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at one time. Keep this in mind as appointment times offered may be lessened. In order to allow for social distancing, 1 guest per patient will reduce crowding any others may be asked to wait outside. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
