Description: The main function of a Materials Handler is to receive, store and issue materials, equipment and other items from stockroom, warehouse or storage yard. Job Responsibilities: Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. S...tore items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Aid or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institution Summary: The main function of a Manufacturing Associate is to manually move freight, stock, or other materials or perform other unskilled general labor. Job Responsibilities: Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs. Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets. Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment. Sort cargo before loading and unloading. Assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber. Load and unload ship cargo, using winches and other hoisting devices. Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers. Carry needed tools and supplies from storage or trucks, and return them after use. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ warehouse or logistics experience Shipping, Receiving and Inventory experience preferred within technical industry FedEx, UPS, DHL shipping experience with international shipping Strong attention to detail... Strong ability to multitask in a warehouse environment Responsibilities: Receives incoming equipment, parts, accessories, and materials Inspects all incoming end of rentals and equipment purchases verifying all items are received and are in good condition If equipment is damaged, report to Lab Manager immediately. Customer needs to be notified via email template. This email must be sent prior to the end of the business day Creates accessory kits & accessory kit reference sheets for incoming items Fulfills orders (building crates/boxes, processing shipping documentation, schedule pickups) within 30 minutes Verifies ship to address, delivery dates, and freight account information is accurate Creates shipping labels in UPS, FedEx, DHL and other online shipping software systems Assists in putaways with returned equipment Assists in arranging stock parts in specified areas and helping with inventory cycle counts Other duties as assigned
