Winter is for blending and I am working on our 2020 Chenin Blanc and Viognier blend. I made a big change this vintage and fermented in light toasted French oak for the Chenin portion. I thought we should kick it up a notch with this blend. It did not disappoint! Not overpowering oak, but provides hints of vanilla and toasted almond along with gorgeous stone fruit aromas.
