What should you be looking for in a mouthwash Fluoride - protects against cavities Zero Alcohol - it won’t dry your mouth... Always read your labels because most Listerine products do not meet the criteria above except for the Total Care Zero Alcohol rinse pictured. ACT also makes mouth rinses that work very well. Also, did you know you’re not supposed to use mouthwash immediately after you brush? It will wash away the concentrated fluoride in the toothpaste left on your teeth and could cancel out the benefits of each other. Choose a different time to use mouthwash...say 30 minutes after brushing or such as after lunch.

Hello all! We celebrated a couple of milestones with 2 of our employees. The office threw a surprise baby shower for one of our front desk coordinator, Annalee. Welcome to parenthood. We also commemorated Marge, our longtime hygienist, who retired in early August! Congratulations!
