Lot of people who have tried my Salad really like it. It is really simple - I add bunch of greens, croutons, at least one of chickpea or Red Beans (Rajma), Cucumber, Dates (they taste really good), Dry Cranberries, sunflower Seeds, Strawberries, Blueberries, Parmesan Cheese and finally, ranch dressing.
