On our two week vacation from cakes and markets we stopped at a little place called Press For Oil in Ashland Oregon! An amazing place run by one of our friends Kim Lodwich. Amazing olive oil and different balsamic vinegars. Althought there's probably over 100 different options I suggest trying them all! Check her out on www.pressforoil.com. Delivery is an option!
