Recipe for an edible Four Thieves Vinegar to combat illness and boost immunity! While traditional Magickal Four Thieves Vinegar is used for may purposes, such as protection, or to chase enemies away, the original recipe was made by a band of thieves who would wander round residences during the plague, and it would protect them from getting the disease while acquiring their loot. (Or, so legend states). While I do make Traditional Four Thieves Vinegar to be used in spellwork (...post coming soon) I also have a recipe for one you can drink to help boost your immune system, and fight off illness. It is as follows: (The measurements are used to make in a 15oz bottle) Ingredients: Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (the kind with the "mother" in it) 4 Tsp of Garlic powder 2 Tsp of Cayenne powder 2 Tsp of Black Pepper powder 2 Tsp of Ginger powder Pinch of Sea Salt Squeeze of a fresh Lemon Directions: Place all the powdered Herbs in the jar, along with the salt and squeeze of lemon. Shake up the apple cider, and pour it into the new bottle/jar, Stop about and inch away from the top. Close the Bottle/jar and shake it very well. Let sit over night and then it's ready to use. Shake every time before pouring. Dilute a Tsp into a glass of water and drink twice a day, upon waking and upon going to bed. Or, do like me, fill up a shot glass with the stuff, shoot it and chase with water once in the morning. Optional: If you'd like to make it a little more traditionally, use all fresh ingredients and whole versions of the herbs. Just make sure they are washed, peeled, etc. Keep it in a dark place for about 4 weeks, and shake it up daily. I recommend piercing the garlic cloves with a fork before adding as well. If you must substitute any of the herbs, Lavender and Rosemary work very well, but it is best to add them in their fresh, washed form to the bottle. A Tsp of Turmeric can be added to ad a kick for any of the versions.

To prepare for a new love or fresh start, a cleansing bath is in order! Try my recipe: 2 Tbsp Baking Soda 2 Tbsp Pink Salt 2 Tbsp Sugar... 1 good squeeze of Fresh Lemon 1 splash of Red Wine Vinegar 1 Handful of Fresh Rose Petals (white preferred for a fresh start) Add these to a very warm bath, and Pray Psalm 71 over the water, and focus on your renewal and availability while bathing. Let the water drain, and then air dry!

Using My Herbal Tea Baths. These are to be down for 7 days in a row, and are recommended to be done at about the same time each day (schedule permitting) but I don't lose too much sleep over it. Boil about 4 cups of water in a pot on the stove, when bubbling, turn off the stove and add the Tea Bag to the water. Let steep 5- 10 minutes. While waiting for it to steep, you may meditate, pray, or simply focus on the goal of the working. Throw the bag away.... Run yourself a bath, And add to it the tea you just brewed. Before you enter the tube, Pray sincerely and aloud over the water. If you can't find the words, Psalm 23 is universally used for most things, Though if this is a CLEANSING, use Psalm 51. Get into the tub. You will want to relax for a bit, and let the bath do what it is supposed to. When satisfied, emerge your whole self in the water (if you're a tall individual like myself, you'll want to scootch up a bit then lay down so you're able to), I usually recommend you do this 7 times. After that comes the scrubbing. I recommend using a cheap sponge or wash cloth that you will dispose of at the end of the 7 day regimen. When DRAWING something to you (Money, Luck, Love, etc.) you will scrub UPWARDS. When CLEANSING/BANISHING something from you, scrub DOWNWARDS. Do this until you feel satisfied, and the drain the tub. While the tub is draining, stay in it. Once the water is all down the drain, you may stand up and get out. It traditional to let yourself "Air Dry", so the essence stays on you, but I tend to cheat with a hair dryer! Get out and go about your business and don't thing about it. Do this for 7 days, and on the final day, take some of the bath water before you drain it into a vessel of some sort (a cup or two is about the right amount). You will take this water and do one of two things with it. If your working was to DRAW something to you, I suggest pouring out a small trail from the sidewalk up to, and across your front door (Live in a different situation, Just spread across the floor of the front door). If you are CLEANSING/BANISHING something from you, you take the vessel to the nearest crossroads (Cross-streets!), pour it into the street, turn around and don't look back till you're inside your residence. *Note: For cleansing, I suggest adding Sea Salt and lemon juice to the bathwater, if not just the salt.
