Dear Beauties, This year has not been easy, especially for small businesses like mine. And with so many spa, hair and beauty salons shut down until the new year, it’s important we take care of ourselves inside and out. As a mom, I must admit it has been challenging during sheltering in place, trying to keep my family physically and mentally healthy. We try to eat well, get some exercise, and spend time outside in nature. I personally find it difficult making time to take car...e of myself. But we must continue to do what’s necessary to keep our beautiful skin glowing and our souls nourished. I enjoy making different recipes of green juice smoothies, taking baths, walking near the beach, hiking in the forest, and at the end of my day breathing + meditating before getting a good nights rest. I encourage you during the winter break to take some time for yourself. We all need to stay strong and healthy and continue to fight this virus so we can get back to enjoying each other and the rest of the world next year.
