After much prayer and consideration we have decided that there will not be any church service this Sunday. We want to be safe and want to be wise about the situation and considerate about those with compromised immune systems. Our annual Harvest Festival is happening tomorrow from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Come out and join us! If you would like to volunteer, please be there by 5:30pm.

Do you often feel like God doesn’t see you? He is distant and far from you? Do you believe in a loving God, but you are not experiencing the intimacy your soul ...longs for? Do you work hard for Him but don’t feel any closer? Do you give all your time to others who seem more important and/or more in need than you? Do you believe God has favorites and you are not one of them? Do you feel that you are not deserving of His love? Do you find it hard to forgive people who have wounded you deeply, let alone extend your heart toward others around you for fear of being rejected? Are people often hurtful and that’s a risk you would rather not take? We invite you to spend the day (9am-5pm) in a time of communion with God. During our time together we will explore these three main topics: Loving God Loving Ourselves Loving Others In each segment we will begin with a time of worship and close with an extended time of personal prayer. Midway we will enjoy a light catered lunch and a brief time of fellowship. Our speakers are people who have all walked through difficult valleys in their lives and found the love and faithfulness of God to be real and true for them. We will hear their struggles and stories, and teaching. A Tour of Roses is hosting a very special women's conference this coming September and October called: Something Beautiful for Someone Beautiful. The conference will be held in two different locations--at Lyn-Gate Neighborhood Church on September 21st, and co-hosting with WoVeN @ Valley Vineyard Christian Fellowship on October 5th. This Sunday during service, we will be having a Bake Sale Fundraiser for ATOR, Canada. Come out and support the Panther's as they make their way to Canada and minister to the First Nations people and the locals of Kenora, Canada.
