The plank is a great exercise to strengthen your core - specifically rectus abdominis and transverse abdominis. Form: in a forearm plank your elbows should be directly under your shoulders (high plank - wrists under shoulders). Draw your navel towards your spine and brace your core. Tuck your pelvis to meet the bottom of your rib cage . Squeeze your glutes and quads. 1. Regular plank 2. Plank w leg lift - keep your hips square to the ground as yo...u lift your leg 3. A couple weeks ago I looked through my passion planner from 2017 and 2018 to see the yearly goals I set for myself and realized I had accomplished 95% of them.
