Different diets in life can change and have a long term affect on your skin. Some examples: If you have a diet high in gluten (grains) you may experience red or puffy cheeks paired with darker pigmentation or spots around your chin. ... If you have a diet that is high in sugar (guilty!) you are more susceptible to forehead lines/wrinkles, sagging skin, and a gaunt/grey look to your face. If you have a diet high in dairy (milk/cheese) you may experience bags or dark circles under your eyes, swollen eyelids, and small whiteheads and bumps on your chin. If your diet is high in wine (tee-hee ) you will experience lines/redness between your eyes, lines across your cheeks from dehydration, droopy eyelids, red cheeks/nose and deep nasolabial lines. Beauty really does come from within and what you put into your body greatly affects your largest organ, your skin! Remember to stay hydrated and eat healthy!
