Our store has started offering Storefront Pickup- and this means that you will be able to purchase items (card payments only at the moment) or pickup online orders at our storefront. Our staff will be ready to assist you directly outside our shop door at a table des...ignated for pickup orders. 2. To collect your order, we’ll ask to see your photo identification. You can expect these safety precautions from our team: customers will not be allowed into our store at the moment in order to ensure our products aren't unnecessarily touched, our teams will not be offering demos, our staff will be staying a safe distance away from you at all times, we will be wiping down all payment tools like pin pads after each use, and each team member will be wearing masks. We are so excited to get you your favorite Lush products while keeping everyone safe. And don't worry! We're still offering our contactless pickup options if you do not want to come inside the mall!

As always tailor it to your skin needs, our staff uses their face maks two to three times a week. Fresh face masks are made with a blend of raw ingredients that are picked, peeled, and squeezed into each Lush mask. They last for two weeks after they are made. Our MIT Ellie visited our manufacturing facility in Vancouver this past... fall. While there she learned that once a fresh fruit or vegetable arrives, they use it within 24 hours to maintain the freshness of the raw ingredients.
