I read an article today that indicated that some insurance carriers are wrongfully denying business interruption claims due to Covid-19. The language in insurance policies can be complicated to interpret. If you have tendered a claim to your carrier and have been denied, it may be a good idea to consult an attorney. It isn't something that I handle, but I can provide you with a referral starting point if you need assistance in this area.

The current viral pandemic is prompting hospital administrators to consider policies limiting resuscitation measures for COVID-19 patients, regardless of what their healh care directives may say in order to keep hospital personnel safe.
