TEACHER FEATURE: This Sunday, we'll thrilled to welcome back instructor, Rachel Gruenke, to our Sunday Yoga Series! "I began my yoga practice four years ago while completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Yoga brought me centering through the craziness of my degree and a community of people with whom I could share that peace. The more my passion for yoga grew, I found that I desired to teach yoga, in part to deepen my practice and in part to s...hare the joy of yoga. Last summer, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Madison shortly before moving to Palo Alto to begin the Physics Ph.D. program at Stanford. Since then I have been instructing at Stanford Aerobics and Yoga, located on Stanford campus. I am excited to continue to connect to this yoga community through teaching and practicing, especially at lululemon Palo Alto." Come check out Rachel's class, 10:00am this Sunday, at lululemon University Ave!
