Kicking off yesterday’s LPA staff retreat, our team was joined by Darrel Ng, Senior Communications Advisor for the Governor’s COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force, who shared highlights from his career journey. The rest of the day included strategic planning and brainstorming, team building exercises, yoga and an olive oil tasting with Coldani Olive Ranch - Calivirgin - Lodi Ca Olive Oil. It was an inspiring day leaving #TeamLPA energized and ready for what’s next.

This week marks one year since the pandemic began, and LPA is reflecting on how much remote work has changed the capitol community. Drake Baglietto, an account executive who joined our team remotely in September 2020, shares his experience navigating remote work amidst unprecedented circumstances.
