Greetings! Please forward widely, thanks:-) Many clients have asked for aquatic rehabilitation and fitness sessions and I have found the perfect person! Margie Reid is certified in multiple aquatic therapies and will be offering a three-session program for clients with chronic conditions/injuries to improve flexibility, strength and fitness. The warm water facilitates healing and movement. The classes will be held on Saturdays from 12pm-1pm in my pool. You are welcome to s...oak in the pool following to relax and chat if you like. Saturdays 13, 20 and 27. The cost is $99, just $33 per session! Please let me know if you are interested and I will send you more information.
