Gotta love when you can truly come through for a client and get them served!! While not all get done this fast, I definitely give all my clients the best and most professional service available!!

One of the funnier reasons for an eviction! Oh, the things I get to see and read about in my job! Just one of the reasons I love it!!

You know you serve in the Hollywood Glitterdome when.... So tonight I had to ambush serve a well known comedian as he was getting out of his car, going into the club for his show tonight! Needless to say he was not amused!! But this is what happens when you avoid me from doing it the quiet and easy way! Then it get served loud and in public!! You can run, but you cannot hide from me for long!

Serve last night went like this... Was serving a restraining order after hearing. The daughter had been evading with mom's help. When I arrived there was a tow truck taking possession of her Jeep, mom was standing in the door yelling at the drivers. I asked if ______ was home, she said no and slammed the door! Now I did not hear the dog barking away like I always did when they were just not opening the door, so I figured the daughter was walking the dog while the tow truck wa...s doing its thing, so I started driving on the streets looking for her, which I found her! It went like this...... Hi _________ I'm not her! I know you are her because I served you before, I have your picture, and that is your dog! Prove it! I just did! You are being served with a restraining order that is in effect for 3 years and it has a permanent move out order by 4/30, but since you have been evading service, I'd say you had best be gone by tomorrow or you will be arrested! Had a serve back on Friday go like this.... Me: I'm here to see _________. Him: Let me get her for you. He gets her. Me: Are you ________?... Her: Yes I am. Me: I'm serving you with a summons and complaint. Her: Noooooo! Slams the door! Then from inside the house.... You're not the police, and I'm calling my attorney! Me: Well he will tell you that you are still served. Her: covering her ears yelling LALALALALALA!! LMFAO!! DROP SERVE IT IS!! You've been served!!

Served a subpoena last night, went like this.... Me: Are you Mr. _________? Him: Yes I am. Me: You are being served a subpoena, you are ordered to appear at trial on this date. Him: Well I'm not accepting it. I've watched on TV and it's not served unless I take it from you!... Me: Well sir, unfortunately this is real life and not TV! You can take it or I can drop it on the ground, you're still served! Him: Well I'm not taking it! Drop serve done! Walk away like the boss I am!! YOU'VE BEEN SERVED!! See more

So tonight was a first in 23 years of serving papers! I served a restraining order on a young woman about 25-30 years old. Came to the door dripping wet like just out of the shower and only wearing a towel! When I served her the restraining order and fully explained it, she broke down crying and let her towel fall off. YUP buck naked!! I got her towel back up to her and went on my way. It's always nice to get some eye candy thrown in as a tip on a job! LMAO!!

Today's office view! Much deserved after being in the cesspool of downtown LA! The ocean is where I get to recharge the batteries of my spirit! Now it's off for tonight's serves!

Process serving Los Angeles style..... So I just went from the third world, typhus infested, open sewer stench of downtown LA, to a multi-million dollar Malibu estate! Yes, that just how I roll out here!!

Serve yesterday went like this..... Was serving small claims papers. Woman pulled into the driveway while I was at the front door. Said I'm here to see _______. That's my husband, but he's not home now. I asked her name which she spelled out for me. She then took the papers from me. Then when she saw who was suing him, said she would not accept them from me. Told her it's still served! Then threw them out of her car and drove away letting them blow in the wind! LMAO!! YOU'VE BEEN SERVED!!

That's awkward moment when...... So I served a guy a few weeks ago with a domestic violence restraining order. He then wanted my information because he wanted to hire me to serve her with divorce papers. I told him that I couldn't do it because I consider it a violation of my ethics to go and serve someone who hired me and is now my client. That he can just Google process servers and find one very easy! Fast forward to last week. The one in a million chance that the attorney who he hired to do his paperwork, you guessed it, the attorney IS my client!! So I served her today and told her, remember when I told you after I served him that he wanted to hire me to serve you? Well the attorney he used is already my client, then showed her the work request from the attorney. I can't make this stuff up!!
