Happy Easter everybody! Couldn't spend a holiday without making my carrot cake cheesecake with a little twist and my strawberry trifle with frangelico! Hope you all have a great holiday with your loved ones.....

I promised myself I wouldn't bake until we opened up another shop but I couldn't help it tonight. Had ugly bananas so I made banana bread with a brown sugar-cinnamon topping, this bread is amazing!

Happy 13 Year Anniversary to the hubby and I. 13 years of him putting up with me and never saying "no" to me and I mean never. I can't remember the last time he said no to me. I hope this new year brings us some cute bundle of joys, I think this is all we need to complete our puzzle. Can't wait to see what he has planned for me today. Here's to many more.... Who is celebrating something today? I want to know!
