My final exam for this course is a mere hours away... and I am ready. As I was flipping through my notes this morning I found a quote by Fredrich Nietzsche scribed on the bottom of one of the pages... You need chaos in your soul to give birth to a dancing star. I love it. The past few weeks have been swirling in a thunderous way, the way old paradigms have been unearthed and finally released. Its been intense and day by day clarity, clarity like I have NEVER experienced b...efore has replaced the old outdated ideology of my life thus far. One year ago I felt entirely defeated, and quite frankly a little helpless to the enormous negativity I was pressing up against. (A post for another time but this circumstance is soul sucking and if you are not careful time passes quickly while there!) What a difference a year can make. I believe so firmly our tragedy and difficult circumstances become deep embers within our souls that keep fueling us for future growth. I’ve had my share in this life as we all have and that I believe is the chaos that Nietzsche speaks of; with out adversity we’d have no grip; without the ability to grip we’d have been blown away in the swirling madness of our evolution long, long ago.
