Clinical Spotlight Tracy Sharkey Regional Director of West Orange County Tracy Sharkey, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over fourteen years of experience designing, implementing, and supervising. Tracy earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior, with a minor in Education from UC Irvine in 2004. Tracy then pursued her... passion in Applied Behavior Analysis and obtained her BCBA in September 2010. Throughout her clinical experience, her positions included Behavior Therapist, Parent Consultant, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, and Director of Training. One of Tracy's pivotal positions was as a Social Skills Therapist for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities through Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s (CHOC’s) Cuidar Program. From there, she gained further experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis. Tracy hold expertise in Pivotal Response Treatment and staff training. Tracy joined the team last year and has quickly won the respect and admiration of her peers, supervisors and families. In her personal life, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, and playing beach volleyball.
