Today at Lou's, chef Gonzalo whipped up two specials. Our first is the Armadillo Benedict! Pulled pork, avocado, sautéed spinach, poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and crispy onion strings! Our second special is a cinnamon apple waffle! It's topped with caramelized Apples, vanilla ice cream, chopped pecans and whip cream.
