SOLDSo much to say about this deal but the one word that pops in my head is gratitude! Grateful for our amazing clients who were patient and stuck by our side while we found them the perfect home! I met both Michael and Linda at an open house about two and a half years ago. We started the home search shortly after meeting and never quite found the right one. They put the search on hold for a while and in early 2021 they decided to jump back in. We met January 25th to disc...uss finances and narrow down exactly where they wanted to purchase. Their kids are enrolled in the Wiseburn school district so it was important to them that they stay in the same schools. Mid February we found them the perfect home and not only did we get their offer accepted but we got the property for $35,000 under the asking price...and it appraised for much higher! For those who are currently looking to purchase a home, you know how difficult it is to get a property for under the asking price!
