Our first in the series of Low Back and Sciatica Workshops. This video depicts the last 30 seconds of a "5 minute miracle" for a volunteer from the audience. He had an injury some 40 years ago that got aggravated recently. He had pain radiating down both legs in the back to both feet. This gentleman had 4 months of PT, 2-3 times a week elsewhere, the symptoms continued to get worse in spite of NSAIDS, injections and limiting his activity. He walked in limping into the workshop.
