Start the day with a herbal shower infusion. Not only is the fragrance divine, the herb of choice will have benefits too. Pick from a selection of fragrant herb...s such as Thyme, Sage or Rosemary. We recommend using Eucalyptus due to the beautiful fragrance and benefits for opening up the airways. Try this at home: - Tie twine around the stems to make a bouquet and trim stems so they’re at similar lengths. - Cut a long string of twine, approx. 1.5 metres long. - Tie a double knot about 5cm at the end of your stems, and then wrap the twine around the bundle and tie a knot again. - Wrap the twine around the base of the showerhead to allow the eucalyptus to hang, and out of direct stream of water, allowing the hot steam to release the scent without it soaking wet. Over time the fragrance will get weaker, it will last approximately a week.
