Meet a Farmer: Paul and Kim Tao of P&K Farms Established by Paul and Kim Tao in 1994, P&K Farms grows organic strawberries and blueberries in the back hills of Moss Landing. Along with their three kids, Steven, Melissa, and Alex, Paul and Kim have been bringing their produce to local farmers’ markets for more than a decade. What makes P&K’s berries so special that they instill great quality control. At the market, every berry is examined and sorted to ensure that each baske...t is filled with the perfect berries. This summer we had the opportunity to visit P&K Farms and learn all about their farming practices, their family, and their connection to the farmers’ market!
