The Los Angeles Recording School

The Los Angeles Film School will start offering a limited number of lab sessions beginning in the April 2021 term in accordance with L.A. County guidelines. All lectures for campus students will remain on the LMS platform for the April term. Additionally, campus students who do not have courses selected for in-person instruction will take their labs through the LMS online platform for the April term. Online students will continue their classes as normal through the LMS platfo...rm. Campus students who wish to continue taking courses remotely will have the option to do so for at least the next six months. Program Directors or Instructors will notify students via their school email account if they are registered for a course that will have on-campus production and hands-on classes and labs or studio access. The courses chosen for this initial step were based upon those essential lab sessions for students nearing their graduation who are in need of hands-on technical training to complete their academic requirements. The Los Angeles Film School looks forward to welcoming back students once it’s safe to return. Students who are allowed to conduct coursework from campus must follow all COVID-19 Return-to-Campus Guidelines found on the Student Connect site.
