LA Browns Backers here are the details for The Season Opener at Saint Felix Hollywood! The setup for the festivities has been very challenging & we are still working diligently to accommodate more guests. There was a tremendous financial investment for our small business to move 8 TV’s outside for socially distanced viewing Including tenting to block out the glare of the sun. All viewing is outdoor attached to the EaCa Alley off Selma Ave Here are the rules. ... 1. We are seating guests at 8:30am. Please form and maintain a socially distanced line of 6 feet til a Host can seat you. There are no saved seats & up to 6 people can sit together following the guidelines of the LA County of Public Health. Guests with friends will only be sat in a complete group at one time. No exceptions. No reservations will be accepted it’s first come first serve 2. The Events will be 21+ til further notice. 3. Guests must wear face masks upon entering & walking around venue to use the restroom. This policy is strictly enforced. You can have your mask off to drink and eat. Other times during the event it must be worn. 4. Temperature Checks at the Door are Mandatory. If you display any signs of fever or symptoms admittance may be forfeited. 5. Each guest must buy a meal to accompany drinks. This is a guideline set forth by the LA County of a Public Health for us to operate. No outside food or drinks. This includes coffee and water. We will have beverages available for purchase We will have guests enter through the Selma Ave entrance to the outside patio. The farmers market will be going on but we are working with them to give express access to Browns fans to enter this way NOTE- Once we are at capacity we cannot allow any more guests. There will be no ins and outs. The demand exceeds our seating every year. Please arrive as close to 8:30am for seating privledges Lastly please be patient and respectful with the staff. These are frontline workers getting up early to accommodate our Cleveland Football needs for escape. We have strict safety and policy guidelines that we follow and execute. If an order takes a few more minutes or drinks take a bit longer understand this dedicated staff is doing their best to have the safest and fun environment possible for us Lastly there will be a sanitization Station in the middle of the patio across from the Lounge entrance. You will have access to use the indoor restrooms for hand washing and other needs. Hello Southern California & LA - Cleveland Browns Backers! I hope you & your loved ones are safe & well during these times! I wanted to touch base on the Status of our Club & how we are moving forward regarding the upcoming season! Saint Felix Hollywood will be moving forward with View Parties for Year 17 of the Hollywood Browns Backers! Starting with Opening Season Kick Off on Sunday September 13th... The environment has obviously changed. Due to strict Guidelines set forth by the LA County Department of Public Health & CDC we will have limited, socially distanced seating available. We are diligently working on expanding our footprint for additional seating opportunities but as of Right Now we can accommodate 40 people in a safe environment. We are strategizing on how to manage the attendance. A possible Guest List? Weekly Lottery? Seating based on Charity Donations? We know that walk up seating due to demand is not feasible unless Indoor Dining is reinstated by the City Officials. Sadly many of our Viewing Locations in California have permanently closed. We encourage you to support Small Business! We will have an updated list on the site soon so we have a roster of venues participating this upcoming year. We are looking at expanding on our outdoor alley but to have an audio & visual component we need an investment. If anyone has anyone interested in sponsoring the Group this year and can help off set this expense we can accommodate 120 Guests. The quotes have ranged from $4-7k setup plus $500 a week to execute this large space in a safe and law abiding capacity. As you know small businesses continue to struggle during these times, so we need outside resources to expand the footprint. Any help in this area will allow us to operate in a safe and manageable outdoor environment here in Hollywood accommodating even more Browns Fans We had a conference call with Cleveland Browns Berea today to go over our situation and opting in as an Official Viewing Location for the upcoming season. We also are working with GV Art & Design on a collaborative design which we are very excited about!
