We have 22 local 8th graders who will be graduating from Olga Reed but with the pandemic they will have no graduation. I’ve asked a few whats something they’d liked & they said $5 to Charlie’s, Subway or Starbucks! To help ensure the safety of the Los Alamos community and in concert with the recommendations from the CDC, this Thursday's Men's Club meeting has been cancelled. Thanks for the great support for lunches for our kids. Orcutt School district is going to provide the meals and that is awesome for our community.

With the closure of Olga Reed School and Orcutt Academy starting Wed March 18 until Friday April 3rd, there may be families in our community who will be in need of extra food for the children who normally get lunch at school. If anyone is in need please contact me as I'm am certain we can provide for these families. IM me and I will see what resources we can gather in our community. Shirley Williams
