Calling all kids!! Any child wanting to run the 1/2 mile or 1 mile virtual run, Vacaville Public Education Foundation will sponsor your entry!!! Just put in kidsrunfree as the code when you sign up at https://runsignup.com/Race/CA/Vacaville/LooptheLagoon A virtual race can be run or walked anywhere, our timeline for completing the race will be between the dates of May 2nd to May 8th. We accept completions on the honor system, so you can track your distance and time however you like. Then, send us a picture showing your child has finished by email at [email protected] or post your finish line photo, with time, on our Facebook group Virtual Loop the Lagoon 2020. Our hashtag for the event is now #virtualloopthelagoon2020

Today we made the decision, in order to keep our our beloved community, state and nation as safe as possible, to change this years Loop The Lagoon to a virtual event. For all individuals who have signed up for the race, they can do this race "virtually" which means it can be run or walked anywhere, even indoors on a treadmill. Our timeline for completing the race will be between the dates May 2nd to May 8th. We accept completions on the honor system, so you can track your d...istance and time however you like.
