You will need a pull up bar and a kettlebell. If you dont have a pull up bar. you can do a row instead. Start with 1 clean and press L / R 1 pull up or 1 renegade row L / R ... 2 clean and press L / R 2 pull ups or 2 renegade rows continue to 5 clean and press and 5 pulls then start over, back at 1. do 3-5 rounds
