We start with our fresh made sourdough and carefully place Provolone and Ricotta cheeses. Then we add our housemade meatballs, roasted garlic, drizzle on some Calabrian chili paste and top with sauce and shredded mozzarella. It all combines for total meatball happiness.

Pop up Saturday! Join us at Harmonic Brewing Saturday 9/26 from 12pm to 8pm to try our Roast Pork Sandwich! Olivier’s pork, sautéed broccoli rabe w/garlic, provolone, spicy peppers, sweet rustic baguette. We first debuted this sandwich for friends and family a couple Super Bowls ago. Now were bringing it back for our pop up! We will also have wings and pizzas available. So come enjoy the great weather and see you Saturday at Harmonic Brewing. Square Monday! This Valley of the Fig Square pizza is our latest special. It’s Monday after all so we’ve got all our squares on the menu today!

For a limited time, enjoy our new pizza special loaded with Black Mission Figs, mozzarella, Point Reyes blue cheese, hot copa, balsamic reduction, arugula and parmesan. We call it Valley of the Fig. Also available as a square pizza on Mondays. We hope you enjoy your time in the valley!

Introducing our latest special... Walk in the Sun. It’s a like a Margherita but made with a new house made sun gold tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil added after baking. If you like a Margherita (and who doesn’t) you owe it to yourself to try this special! And on Monday we will be making it in a square version too!

You helped us raise $940 that we are donating to California Fire Foundation. This money will go to supporting fire victims effecting our communities throughout California. Thank you!

Pop up this Saturday! We’ll be making these Crispy Chicken Club sandos Harmonic Brewing this Saturday 8/29 and donating all the chicken sandwich sales to help fire victims through California Fire Foundation. Buttermilk brined crispy fried chicken, bacon, heirloom tomato, lettuce, Calabrian chili lemon aioli, served on sweet hamburger bun AND served with fries. We are bringing a serious fryer so be ready to eat for a cause this Saturday. Also serving whole pizzas with choice of cheese, pepperoni, or our famous Loading Dock. Don’t forget there’s outdoor seating and Harmonic’s own tasty brews to wash it all down with. Or take food and cans of beer to go!

We’re proud to announce we’ve worked with our friends at Incline Insurance and AmTrust Insurance to provide $1000 worth of gift cards to be distributed to local families in need through Real Options for City Kids (ROCK). We are so excited to be re-opening for take out today! We will continue to maintain the highest safety protocols including daily wellness checks-ins and temperature checks. We are facilitating regularly scheduled tests for all of our team. We want to thank everyone for all the support they have showed us over the past week, it truly means the world to us.
